They are immediately seeking a IT Project Manager to join their growing IT function to Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful implementation of medium to high complexity, strategic and operational technology projects.

Your new role

  • You will effectively define the delivery structure for projects, implementing workstreams and appointing project team member and workstream leaders as required.
  • Identify the project approach to be used on a given project, whether agile or waterfall or a hybrid approach.
  • Proactively manage the relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external to the organisation), ensuring that their needs are understood and aligned to project objectives.
  • You may be required to act as a mentor to another member of the IT Department.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Certified Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent (Agile, PMI, APM)
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering medium to high complexity, strategic business change and IT projects
  • Experience of managing projects with multiple workstreams
  • Experience of managing project budgets in excess of £500k
  • Business Change delivery experience and Change Management experience within a complex matrix environment
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
  • Very strong commercial and financial acumen. Experienced in developing complex financial business cases to demonstrate the viability of strategic projects
  • Flexible approach and mindset
  • A strong interest in emerging technologies including AI.

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled Program Manager to help us successfully deliver on the rollout of our Casting Portal technology across a new major client in the US.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning, coordinating and supervising multiple work-streams of delivery of software development, implementation and integration, for an enterprise customer 
  • The customer is in the US, however the role is based in London, working with local teams
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of our internal development teams, working to align with third party system representatives and our account lead in the US with progress and requirements - and prioritising, coordinating and planning interdependent activity to deliver to agreed milestones.
