The role:

You will be leading a team to make sure they meet and maintain the SLAs and providing support to the wider business, performing desk-side visits, floor walking and maintaining and administering printers and other IT peripherals

Essential Experience:

*Excellent customer service skills.
*Team Leading for a IT Support team within the finance industry
*Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
*Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Experience of Request Fulfilment, PC, printer, IT hardware support and solid IT Infrastructure / network knowledge
*Good collaboration and influencing capabilities.
*Able to identify and propose (documented benefits) quality improvement activities as it relates to Request Fulfilment activities.
*Able to demonstrate track record of delivering activities in accordance with ITIL framework and processes with demonstrable success

Klevio is changing the way we think about access by creating a product that allows you to unlock your doors - from anywhere - and share virtual keys using your phone.

After two years of careful design, testing and iteration, we have produced a marketing-leading product and commercially launched in London in early 2019. We are building a strong B2B offering across verticals including offices and coworking spaces, short-let businesses, and managed buildings.

We need an exceptionally commercially-savvy leader to scale out our fledgling business. You will lead our commercial strategy, steer our marketing efforts, manage our sales team and even close our biggest deals yourself.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with commercial experience to take the reigns of a rapidly growing business become pivotal to our success in 2020.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead our commercial strategy, which includes directing our sales efforts and steering our B2B marketing strategy
  • Lead and grow our sales team (2 FTEs growing to 4)
  • Lead by example – you should be confident selling Klevio and closing deals
  • Build our commercial infrastructure – you can quickly and effectively innovate tools, improve CRM, automate repetitive tasks
  • Performance-manage your team members to deliver on target
