A local council currently requires a CRM Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in South East London, paying up to £220 per day via Umbrella.

Purpose of the Role
To set up and manage the delivery of Agile projects in the Digital Transformation Programme team. This will involve the scoping and development of new opportunities for moving services online and help to identify the best solutions for doing so.
• Lead on the implementation of specific digital projects/ programmes ensuring the required outcomes are met.
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
• Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
• Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
• To work closely with all stakeholders in order to ensure that their requirements are considered and met.
• Oversee the management of the CRM system and the staff responsible for supporting the business as usual functions.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of self service transactions and authentication for the Website via Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MOSS7/MOSS10 integration and through collaboration with external providers.

Experience Required
• Local Council experience
• End to end project delivery
• Understanding of the issues facing the management of a public sector organisation
• Knowledge of the key issues, developments and application of information technology and digital solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and how to deploy usage within a Local Authority setting.
• Experience of personally managing MS Dynamics CRM development to support successful service outcomes.

Your new company will be a global construction consultancy who have recently been through a large transformation of their systems. To support this, they are seeking a Navision Data Analyst to handle the migration of the data.

Your new role
Within this role, you'll be assisting with the migration of data to Navision ERP, extracting the data from the legacy system, manipulating it and then loading back in the correct structure and format. The company require a real expert in the data and database management field.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience working with SQL, ETL and SSIS, transferring and loading data from legacy systems. Ideally you'll have a good understanding of the workings of NAV or Navision, alternatively experience with other Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP systems will be considered. You should be immediately available to start and be able to be on site 2 days, with 3 days home working offered.

What you'll get in return
This role is to be performed outside of IR35 with 3 days home working, with an expected length of 3 months.

Our client, a data delivery specialist based in Central London is looking for a Senior Presales Engineer to join their growing team. The Senior Presales Engineer is responsible for leading technical engagement with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagement and translate business needs to products and services
  • Lead technical presales engagements to propose solutions in line with commercial targets, while delivering within capabilities and processes
  • Compose and present technical documents ensuring the functional and non-functional requirements are addressed by the technical design of the solution
  • Balance client needs, SLAs, critical success factors with delivery capabilities and risks
  • Facilitate Solution Discovery, Solution Overview, and Technical Workshops with customers
