Oracle Technical Integration Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Organisation that is at the very top of the technological game. Role

  • Operate as the Architect / Designer on the adoption of PaaS solutions with a particular focus on Integration, oracle SOA Suite Service.
  • Responsible for developing and designing a technical infrastructure strategy and roadmap for Oracle Application.
  • Become a key contributor and advocate of API Management tools and methods
  • Assure 3rd party deliverables against the current design and technology frameworks
  • You may also be responsible for communicating an implementation approach and design methodology to an offshore development team.
  • Be responsible for the technical design of the overall solution, from design through to implementation.
  • Take business requirements and translate them into technical designs and technology framework.
  • Providing valuable inputs in reviewing any technical design.

Essential Skills:

  • Architectural knowledge and understanding across the PaaS portfolio including integration Cloud Service, SOA Cloud Service, Mobile Cloud Service and other Cloud based solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle SaaS solutions (Finance or HCM) preferred but not essential
  • Good experience and understanding or Oracle E-business Suite R12.x
  • Strong communication skills and experience with Distributed Delivery experience (Off-Shore / On-Shore project delivery)
  • Able to build productive stakeholder relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business.
  • Passion and a genuine interest for Oracle Cloud technologies and products.
  • Experience in 3 or more of the following - Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Amazon Web Service (AWS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

A leading Tech platform are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join their business in Battersea, London. Over the next year you will be involved in the design and development of a global AWS infrastructure and review the current CI/CD pipeline, to ensure they are fit for purpose and ensure these are in line with the business' strategy. Furthermore, you will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitor and manage the operations, as well as troubleshoot and resolve development, test and production environment issues.

You will collaborate with a global team ensuring the delivery of high quality code, scalable infrastructure and a reliable product/service.

Experience required for this role:

  • Large scale design and development of software
  • Knowledge of Microservices, messaging and distributed architecture
  • All round AWS knowledge - Computing, network, storage and databases

You will liaise with Stakeholders, gathering requirements and turning these into a product roadmap whereby you will prioritise the backlog and work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Working with the development teams to deliver new features
  • Knowledge of Jira, delivering feedback to stakeholders
  • Prioritising the backlog, ensuring features are delivered in a timely manner
  • A natural problem solver, knowledge of technical specifications
  • Commercially aware, working with sales teams, talk through roadmaps and relate back to pricing documents
  • Experience working for a large enterprise will be beneficial but you will need the drive to work on inspiring products in a challenging start-up environment
  • Ability to spot problems that users need solving while keeping in mind commercial aspects.
