The Role

Working predominantly from Head Office in Croydon and client sites (mainland Europe and potentially globally), you will be essential to ensuring the seamless delivery of the company’s Salesforce embedded telecoms solutions to their clients.

Responsibilities will typically include:

- Responsibility for technical delivery of projects; management of daily project actions

- Proposing and implementing robust technical solutions that align with customer needs

- Provide guidance on configuration, call centre design and detailed design documentation

- Complete configuration, implementation and testing of services

- Technical support and relationship management for customers immediately following delivery

- Liaise with Management, Support and Engineering to manage issues and remove roadblocks

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- Experience in a similar solution delivery or consultant role

- Experience working with cloud technology

- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally SalesForce

- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team, often under pressure to tight deadlines

- Good attention to detail within; documentation, tender completion and note taking

- Desirable: Any previous experience of: Salesforce; VoIP; VPNs; Firewalls; TLS/SSL (in context of SIP/RTP/WebRTC); solid understanding of DNS, TCP/ IP & NAT in a WAN environment

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a successful media organisation. They are looking for a Technologist to help ensure group technology systems are effectively specified, designed, delivered and run with the end users requirements as the focus of the solution. The role holder will be part of a team involved in the complete life-cycle of projects from conceptualisation to delivery.

Candidates will ideally have the following skills at 2 nd line support level and upwards:

* Scripting skills – some experience with PowerShell/Bash/Terraform/Python

* Some experience in writing and maintaining API integrations would be beneficial but not essential

* Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Windows Server environments with SQL.

About the role

We are currently seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager Team Leader to join our busy IT Department. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are delivering a testing service on the quality and readiness of a new product planned for implementation across the business.

Some of the key activities will include:

  • Produce and maintain an engagement plan for strategic suppliers which details our management approach for monitoring, reviewing and future proofing the services they deliver
  • Work with Procurement or other procurement bodies, as appropriate, to ensure contracts have been developed with due diligence, accurate and appropriate requirements and service levels
  • Monitoring suppliers’ performance against contractual obligations
  • Being an escalation point in the supplier management chain
  • Initiate, review and maintain risk assessments of ISS suppliers
  • Maintain a suite of documentation around Service Integration and Management (SIaM) activities
  • Maintain strong communications with key stakeholders and deliver consistent, accurate information through channels such as; SIaM intranet, regular blogs or newsletters.

About you

This role is ideal for someone with experience within Risk Management and a good understanding of technology service outsourcing.

You will ideally hold an ITIL V3 Foundation or V4 qualification. A CIPS (certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations) would also be beneficial.

You will also have an in-depth knowledge of supplier assessment and management techniques. An understanding of the complex commercial and technical interactions within a SIaM based organisation and contract Management.

As the successful applicant you will have experience of Exchange 2013 On-Premise and Exchange in O365 in particular providing administration and 2nd/3rd line support and strong diagnosis and troubleshooting experience of Exchange for a wide range of issues.

You will be joining a small specialist team that manages a large portfolio of commercial applications. Additional tasks will include regular patching of server operating systems, application patches and upgrades, system configuration, documentation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues, supplier management and the provision of second-line end-user support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years as an Exchange Administrator

  • Experience of On-Premise and O365 Exchange environments

  • Good PowerShell knowledge and script writing

  • 2nd/3rd line support experience with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook

  • Previous involvement in Exchange to O365 migration would be advantageous
