Role Purpose
Project managing LLFN project, bringing 5G fibre to all boroughs in Manchester. You will be managing your select area, including project planning, reporting, financial forecasting and reporting into the Programme Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Account Managers to assist in any pre-sales requirements, including customer meetings, presentations and Bid responses.
  • Manages Customer relationships and expectations keeping the Customer fully informed.
  • Ensures regular project progress review meetings take place with the customer - enhancing the overall Customer experience.
  • Ensures project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • To ensure that all services are passed to the Assure department in a state of operational readiness and that billing of service commences at the earliest opportunity, thus maximising revenue for the Business.
  • To arrange hand over meetings to ensure complete Customer satisfaction.
  • Seeking CQR responses to help identify gaps in performance and to ensure the required deliverables have been delivered to the agreed standard, quality and budget.
  • To Identify any further opportunities that may extend the scope of profitable business beyond the current opportunity with the Customer.
  • Maintain an understanding of current Business drivers, both internally and as
  • specifically related to projects for Customers.
  • To ensure plans are in place in order to realise revenue benefits for the
  • Business at the earliest opportunity throughout the project lifecycle by ongoing review of project progress and project budget.
  • To provide project related ad-hoc reports to line management on request

Experience Required

  • Telecommunications experience
  • Strong Customer management and relationship skills
  • Ability to demonstrate experience and confidence in representing the
  • Business in front of the Customer.
  • Effective management of Customer expectations (at all levels) through exceptional verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to manage change and resolve conflicts.
  • Reasonable knowledge and understanding of the Business Sales product portfolio.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding and practical experience of the practices of project management in a telecoms related industry, having direct responsibility for the management of projects with budgets in excess of £500k, 4 months duration and having greater than 5 sites/ products / services.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

Lead Software Tester / QA Test Manager (C# .Net Selenium Azure Automation). Would you like to work on Quantum based solutions that are set to change the world we live; whilst collaborating with the very best engineers and continually learning, pushing the boundaries of what has been realised before?

As a Lead Software Tester you'll remain hands-on, working on a Greenfield Quantum project at a Microsoft Tech Incubator. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and supporting an automation test framework to establish a test environment for current and upcoming projects; rigorously perform test execution, record the results accurately and log defects as well as preparing test plans, test conditions / scripts and summary reports.

You'll be working with systems built on low level C++ and serverside C# .Net as well as Windows Shell extensions. Due to the nature of this ground breaking work there's not an awful lot more we can tell you about it but if you're interested in working on cutting edge systems from the ground up then this could be the role for you. You'll join the engineering team as the sole Senior QA Test Engineer and will help to grow the testing team quickly whilst remaining hands-on.
You'll be based in Reigate (40 minutes from London Victoria) in newly refurbished, state-of-the-art offices and a close by mainline rail station.

Requirements:
*Expertise with automation testing using Selenium in C# with the ability to build systems from scratch
*Experience with Microsoft Azure
*Good knowledge of CI/CD; Azure DevOps; API testing; Messaging
*Non-functional testing experience in a Cloud based environment
