As a Senior Business Analyst you will:

- Drive product development efforts by defining detailed requirements documentation, including crafting user stories with acceptance criteria and nurturing these into release cycles.

- Look after the backlog of user stories and requirements for one or more of our global systems.

- Drive the prioritization of the backlog and help to steer partner expectations. Illustrate the 'as is' and 'to be' business processes using swim-lane diagrams or Activity Diagrams.

- Document and communicate a product roadmap to help to identify and prioritize the strategic direction of the product.

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a 2nd Line Team Lead Support Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.

You will have responsibility for the day to day delivery of IT support and technical services to the company customer base. Build and retain relationships with existing customers, whilst maintaining the skills and technical competence to meet the requirements of customers and the company.
