A Housing Association based in North London is looking for a New Build Project Manager to join their team. This is a full time, Permanent role and the successful candidate must have extensive New Build experience to undertake this position, a full degree level qualification in Construction/Housing and experience with all stages of housing developments and associated procurement and construction practices.

The main purpose of the role is to oversee the successful delivery of projects of up to 300 units under the client's ambitious programme of new build developments, regenerations and refurbishments.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of project management in a residential development or a regeneration environment.
You'll have the ability to manage all stages of the delivery process including procurement, contract and programme management, handover and post completion.
You'll have a proven ability in risk management and financial control.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills/attributes;

Up-to-date practical knowledge of housing development and associated procurement and construction practices.
Strong legal and commercial knowledge.
Up-to-date practical knowledge of relevant Health & Safety and Building Safety legislation and policy.
Attention to detail and accurate recording for audit purposes.
Ability to manage project programmes, budgets and quality.
Building construction knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communications.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Educated to degree level or equivalent (level 6)

The client is looking to move quickly with filling this position with a closing date for applications of 10/03/2020. The client is looking to offer the following remuneration package for the successful candidate;

Competitive Salary of £51,673 rising to £54,182 after 12 months if based in London
Competitive Salary of £47,673 rising to £50,182 after 12 months if you would prefer to be based in Milton Keynes or Crawley
