Tec Partners are working with a global leader in the Fintech sector, who due to recent investment and financial growth are going through an exciting period of expansion. They collaborate with some of the world's largest financial services organisations, to bring a truly revolutionary experience to their customer base.

They are developing a wide range of products, both expanding on their current product offering, as well as bringing new products into the market.

As such they are looking to hire a Junior Product Manager, who will work with some of the best Product Managers in London. You'll have some agile experience, as well as come from a technical background such as Software Development or Software testing, and have recently transitioned, or are looking to transition, into Product Management.

This is a great opportunity for the Junior Product Manager to receive mentorship from a very strong team of Product Managers, and rapidly grow their careers within Product

Essential experience role this role includes;

- 6 month + experienec in a Product role

- Experience working in Agile

- Desire to progress through Product Management roles

- Strong working knowledge of SaaS

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company as a Project Manager (Agile/IT) ultimately being responsible to the end-end project delivery of IT projects across the companies exciting portfolio of products.

Responsibilities:

• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors
• Project management for all appropriate aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, including production of PM artefacts such as project plans, RAID logs and status reports
• Takes projects from various stages of prototyping or development through to service introduction and maturity delivery
• Defines project scope and objectives, develops detailed work packages, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. - in line with the governed processes.
• Conduct Project meetings
• On-time, on-budget tracking using project management tools
• Compliance

Essential Skills:

• At least 2 years in a similar IT based Project Manager role
• Agile AND/OR Waterfall experience
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle

Beneficial Skills:

• Financial services industry experience
