About The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide insight and analysis into business and account performance to develop value-adding solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working in partnership with key teams to help deliver the most value to our clients and business, enabling better decision making and supporting the delivery of strategy and performance
- Provision of expert advice based on performance analysis whilst driving continuous learning and improvement underpinned by data and insight
- The provision regular reviews which will highlight key trends and behaviours to help support our clients and business develop value adding solutions aligned to strategy.
- Ensuring client focus through tracking and implementing recommendations, and offering insight for any business planning and forecasting activity
- Tailoring outputs for both Internal and External audiences using Power BI to drive informed business decisions.
- Develop and manage Power BI visualisations to be shared across the business.
- To work in collaboration with key individuals, internally and externally, to secure effective engagement in taking forward modular temporary staffing solutions.
- Keep abreast of the external landscape and look for new opportunities that can help build NHS Professionals insight capabilities for the future
- To have expert working knowledge of NHS Professionals business offerings and therefore be a point of reference and ensure a base of expertise is established and managed within the department.
- Work closely with the Data Warehousing Team to validate data uploads from the operational system into the data warehouse.
- To be responsible for securing the engagement of senior stakeholders to work with the Information & Insight Team in producing a 'single version of the Truth’.
- Manage and maintain a support desk, organising and assigning reactive requirements and ensuring visibility of workload requirements. Analysis of multiple teams’ performance in fulfilling this function is also required by the post holder.
- Define and manage risks, protecting information in line with the GDPR, and upholding a high level of integrity regarding business information as a business asset.
- Regular Travel to Client Trusts will be required as part of role to promote NHSP transformation agenda, acquire client requirement to improve service offering and improve client knowledge of available insights

- Proficient with a wide suite of computer software applications and IT technology
- Advanced user skills across the Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to deliver within, and significantly influence, the strategic changeable landscape
- Clean UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year
- Full access to a reliable vehicle with Class A business insurance required
