Badenoch & Clark's NHS client in Greater Manchester requires an Information Analyst for an initial three month contract. Rates are dependent on skills and experience and are likely to be between £200 - £250 per day. Starting as soon as possible.

Our client is looking for an Information Analyst who can work effectively with clinical services in order to produce high level, insightful performance reports on various aspects of healthcare service provision. As this role will be customer facing strong communication skills are essential.

Small boutique agency looking for ambitious people specialist in optimising customer experiences for clients across all sectors. They consult on CRO & marketing automation projects & run end to end programmes with their clients, client facing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This is a really key role in the business, where you will own entire CRO processes for a global bank, huge name!

You will be the client facing contact, understanding their needs, setting their KPI's, monitoring & measure their progress & making suggestions that will aid them to make better decisions. You will be using Adobe Analytics to challenge what you are finding from their website, what is working? What is not?

You will be setting up & running A/B tests using Adobe Target, with a view to provide insightful data & results using qual & quant research. You will be used to giving consultative advice, where you explain the trends & issues with the customer experiences you are monitoring.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Agency side experience managing CRO, meaningful involvement in A/B testing programs

Good experience with Adobe Analytics

Experience in full CRO, research to testing to analytics to recommendations
