THE ROLE

As a Data Scientist for the business you will:

  • You will use Machine Learning techniques to generate insights using regression and segmentation techniques more specifically
  • You will work towards using more AI focused and more advanced ML techniques as the Dat Science function grows
  • You will work closely with the Data Engineer and ideally get involved in some of the Data Engineering responsibilities whilst the team grows

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong academic background in a relevant field
  • An excellent understanding of customer analytics, segmentation, modelling and Machine Learning
  • Data Engineering experience would be a benefit

Role Purpose

To develop and deliver the technology strategy as well as the management and continuous improvement of the technology systems and processes.  To play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the business technology initiatives through contributing professionally to a variety of initiatives, new developments and projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all UK IT operations including service delivery, infrastructure and IT project management.
