Due to growth, they have a new opportunity for a Junior Full Stack PHP Developer to join their expanding development team.  You will be working on a range of challenging projects and contribute to the direction of the team.  They have a big variety of projects built on web frameworks such as Laravel, Wordpress and you would be responsible for working on a range of projects from marketing campaigns to bespoke CMS builds, in house and open source CMSs like Concrete5 and WordPress.

You will have a good understanding of current web standards (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery and WordPress), and have an appropriate degree, higher education equivalent, or relevant work experience.  You will have a ‘can do’ attitude, have strong problem-solving skills, a dedication to detail, an adaptable skillset, good communication skills, be keen to learn new things, and be able to work to tight deadlines

 Junior Full Stack PHP Developer requirements:

• Translate designs and specification into high quality user focused applications / websites.

• Updating content and images on PHP, Wordpress, Concrete5 and static websites

• Template edits using CSS/HTML

• Running Wordpress updates (via the admin control panels)

• Developing HTML CSS and JS ads with transitions and animations

• At least 1-2 years commercial experience with HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, SASS, CSS, PHP, MYSQL

• Work across multiple projects

• Cross browser testing, bugfixes and code updates

• Be an all-around positive addition to our company culture

• Easy going, fun, and a team player

• Good communication skills

• Troubleshoot application bugs and determine solutions
