CRM Support Analyst - D365 - MS Dynamics, Application Support, Power BI
Purpose of job
The Production Analyst supports the provision of the day to day technology based services and assists in and validates the deployment of new applications and architecture across the Domain. They have expertise in the Production Management for an area or product and support the Team to ensure availability for business use as per agreed Service Level Expectations and Agreements.
Accountabilities
Deliver a more complex and critical production management, infrastructure and application support service for relevant D365 CRM platforms, activities and processes across the domain and franchise areas
Communicate and collaborate with Client stakeholders across the domain
Manage relationships with platform, domain and relevant cross-domain stakeholders, from both business and technology
Deliver User Support - provision of a day to day business user helpdesk to answer how do I queries and maintain system integrity through management of team structures
Support Solution Configuration - ensuring that the deployed solution keeps pace with business requirements and customer journeys to help drive NPS
Deliver Training and Embedding - ensuring that the deployed solution is well understood with strong and consistent user adoption
Adhere to the Service desk principles
Knowledge and Experience
Technical knowledge in CRM D365, Power BI - is Desirable
Suppport experience in CRM D365, Power BI - is Desirable
Experience in CRM D365, Power BI, Service Now - is Desirable
Knowledge and experience of delivering support and operational principles with in D365 CRM - is Desirable
A very capable communicator
Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Clear understanding of the benefits of a CRM system within the Business Banking environment - is Essential
Microsoft Certification in D365 or working towards Certification in D365 at Associate level
