It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of providing technical support to staff, including assisting with the installation of clients Pcs and Mac devices and audio-visual equipment.

You should also have good problem solving and fault-finding skills as well as being able to work with minimal supervision and taking responsibility for meeting targets, for assigned duties.
