We are recruiting an IT and AV Officer who will deliver prompt, customer-focussed first- and second-line support to staff, students, visitors and researchers in the Bloomsbury, London area and other UCL locations.
You will provide support for computer desktops, mobile devices, audio visual & multimedia equipment, printers, specialist equipment and other peripherals located across sites as required.
It is essential that you have knowledge and experience of providing technical support to staff, including assisting with the installation of clients Pcs and Mac devices and audio-visual equipment.
You should also have good problem solving and fault-finding skills as well as being able to work with minimal supervision and taking responsibility for meeting targets, for assigned duties.
