Wealth Client Service Executive
Glasgow
As a Wealth Client Service Executive, you will be the primary contact for the client and their day to day banking and investment needs. You will handle a wide variety of inbound telephony calls from High Net Worth clients covering every aspect of Barclays banking products and investment servicing.
What will you be doing?
• You will be dealing with High Net Worth clients via telephone or email communication, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service in all interaction
• Ensuring client contacts are recorded accurately on all applicable systems and responding in a timely and professional manner to client requests
• Ensuring the clients are aware of every aspect of day to day banking including setting up payments and direct debits/standing orders, cash transfers and foreign exchange
• You’ll be accountable for delivering an efficient service by developing situational empathy on every inbound call and taking responsibility for investigating and resolving client queries
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be dealing with customers over the telephone
• Strong computer literacy as much of your work entails using a computer and accessing information using various applications
• High levels of visual and aural concentration will be required when locating and interpreting screen based information whilst continuing a dialogue with the client
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you are dealing with customers over the phone and so it is important that you are clear, friendly and professional
• A willingness to embrace a challenge in an evolving and changing environment
• A constructive approach with the ability to relate to and accommodate a diverse range of personalities
Where will you be working?
Our offices are presently located within Glasgow’s city centre, with excellent connections to all local transport networks. Barclays new state of the art, purpose built campus, located at Glasgow’s Clydeside, is presently under construction ahead of a late 2020 opening.
