As an integral part of an Agile development team you will be responsible for automated testing of their highly complex sports data and live video streaming platform with a focus on backend applications.

Most of the work is Greenfield development; as a Software Tester you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality; working on complex and interesting technical projects, delivering live data with extremely low latency through to a global client base including betting companies and major broadcasters worldwide.

The technology stack is based on Scala, Java 8, Kafka and AWS. You'll be working in a collaborative, technology driven environment and will gain exposure to test automation tools / techniques. New offices based in West London with a bright and spacious working environment and outside space used for meetings / breakouts.

Requirements:
*Strong automated testing experience with a good knowledge of tools including JMeter and Postman
*Experience of writing tests in Java
*Experience of testing RESTful APIs
*Experience with defect and issue tracking management tools such as JIRA and GitHub Issues
*Ideally you will have experience with MySQL (able to extract data and write data queries)
*Understanding of Agile methodologies
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
