Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop reusable and performant Java/ Kotlin aligned with good architectural and design principles
  • Experience with data streaming and processing technologies (Kafka) would be beneficial
  • Significant prior experience working with Extreme Programming practices and Agile software methodologies
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Test Driven Development and Behavioral Driven Development practices
  • Practical experience with modern SRE/ DevOps build chains and Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery tools (Maven, Gradle, Git, Jenkins or TeamCity)

Market Risk (MR) implements and maintains systems to support Value at Risk numbers for the Bank driving Limits and Trading and regulatory practices within Deutsche Bank. MR is also a key contributor to the generation of Risk Weighted Assets numbers which is used to calculate the Capital Charge requirement for the Bank.

This role is for the MR Information Technology (IT) Production department. You will be responsible for ensuring stable and continuous service availability of MR IT systems. You will also face off to business users and resolve technical issues reported by users. You will be expected to work on enhancement to Production systems in terms of monitoring and automation with an aim to move towards zero touch production environments.

The client is currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to come on board to Review and contribute to high-level architectural, security and service design artefacts. While also Developing solutions from approved designs with focus on best practice and security. You will also Document solutions built with LLD artefacts, alongside translating technical details and complexities with AWS cloud services, with view to obtaining accreditation.

SC & NPPV3 clearance is required.

Key Skills:

  • Strong DevOps experience
  • Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of how AWS services hang together and the underlying technology.
  • Have a strong awareness of networking capability including: Direct Connect configuration, Routing, Firewalls, Security Groups and the respective configuration tasks in a secure cloud environment.

DevOps Engineer – SC Cleared/NPPV3/DevOps – Croydon

DevOps Engineer required for a leading client based in Croydon. The client is currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to come on board to Review and contribute to high-level architectural, security and service design artefacts. While also Developing solutions from approved designs with focus on best practice and security. You will also Document solutions built with LLD artefacts, alongside translating technical details and complexities with AWS cloud services, with view to obtaining accreditation.

SC & NPPV3 clearance is required.

Key Skills:

  • Strong DevOps experience
  • Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of how AWS services hang together and the underlying technology.
  • Have a strong awareness of networking capability including: Direct Connect configuration, Routing, Firewalls, Security Groups and the respective configuration tasks in a secure cloud environment.
