Service Administrator - Sheffield - £20,000

Your new company
A new permanent opportunity for a full-time administrator to work with an exciting team.

Your new role

  • Management of all customer accounts PPM's to ensure same week/month completion to meet client SLA, schedule reactive and planned works.
  • Liaise with clients, customers, suppliers and engineers daily.
  • Delivering first class customer service.
  • Utilising the businesses back of house operating platform to ensure customers receive an improved customer service.
  • Ensure customers are called and updated if anything changes to our scheduled visit always, to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Ensure Back of House Portal usage is used across all clients to meet clients SLA's/KPI's .
  • Timekeeping, customer care approach to exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Employee performance set individual targets will be carried out to meet customers SLA's, KPI, (performance management).
  • NSI and QMS (Quality Management System) audit administration liaison, essential.
  • Carrying out administration duties as required.
  • Providing reports as requested
  • Liaising and Updating with the clients.
  • Liaising with Operations/Management.
  • Liaise with Other team members and highlight/escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to our clients


What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be required to have Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and typing skills; along with a confident telephone manner.
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and good written skills are essential within this role. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
  • Able to meet clients SLA's/KPI's and to avoid client service credits/mark downs.
  • Good timekeeping, customer care approach.
  • Experience and a proven track record of success in a customer delivery role would be advantageous, be highly customer orientated and have a driven, can do approach.

IT Service Desk Administrator

Position: Permanent

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator to join a growing business in Wrotham. You will need to be a great communicator that can accurately provide exceptional first line quality IT support to our internal users. One of the main responsibilities is to log and maintain all incoming helpdesk calls from our user-base across the supported companies which comprise the I.T. Shared Services function. Once a call is logged, it must then be managed during its lifecycle to a satisfactory conclusion. During this time, it is expected that the Service Desk Administrator will communicate with both end-users and technical analysts to ensure the call is treated with the correct priority.

Administrator Responsibilities:


- To Log and Maintain incoming Issues and Requests (All Medias)
- Offer 1st line basic support to the end users including user account management (Starters & Leavers)
- Work with management to implement IT objectives that will improve business outcomes

Cutting through all the normal advert nonsense, we're really open to seeing applications from a wide range of experience. You'll be involved in developing and executing test plans and scripts from the defined business processes, functional and business requirements ensuring that the company operates a structured and professional testing process.

About you…
We're after someone who has hands on experience working as a software tester. You don't have to be the finished article so as long as you're willing to learn that's the main thing!

It would be great if you have ISTBQ/ISEB and manual testing experience though any exposure to automation tools and frameworks would be a big tick in the box as direct as the company have recently implemented automation into their day to day functions.
Have strong knowledge of experience with test tools such as JIRA or ALM complete.

What you'll be doing…
You'll be working in an Agile team of testers and developers, providing the design and implementation of software solutions, improving business efficiency and productivity for users.

In this team you'll develop and execute test scripts as per defined test strategies ensuring the quality of software, reporting and process implementations and thereby minimize the cost of re-work. Other than that, you'll be -
* Supporting, contributing and executing the Test Team's strategy in order to minimize the cost of implementation and develop a suite of repeatable regression testing scripts that can be applied at industry or product level
* Provide estimates for test effort on all testing requirements. Accountable for reporting testing progress and delivering within the agreed deadlines
* Contribute to the development and achievement of the Test Team
* Build effective working relationships with development, IT teams, operational areas and the business in order to ensure mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities as well as to maximise understanding of operational processes
* Provide daily, weekly and monthly progress MI on own and/or department's testing activities
