Become a Support Analyst with Capita Technology Solutions in Ruddington. Training Provided.

Great Opportunity to join our DCC Service Centre to provide a single point of contact for all SharePoint related activity. The role has a particular focus on administering Microsoft SharePoint sites, involving new site creation, security modelling and configuration. Liaise with Site Owners and Service Provider PMOs to gain approval for access requests. Provide regular permission matrix reports for Site Owners to facilitate site security management.

The role will also fully contribute to the team's core activities, including user management, licensing management, site administration activities, support of testing, NCL/ACM administration, Azure AD administration, migration support activities, support to DCC customers who wish to develop their use of SharePoint with Service Providers and external customers, and ongoing support of the Operations interface with external parties. The role will be expected to work within SLA and OLA agreements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service standards by answering all queries promptly, remaining approachable, courteous and professional always.
  • Proactively manage customers' expectations through either resolution or by updating them on progress of their outstanding incidents/requests.
  • Provide statistical information to the management team to support reporting on team performance.
  • User management of DCC and external accounts, including the creation, amendment and deletion of accounts from Azure Active Directory as well as password resets when requested.
  • Facilitate and support DCC Testing activities involving SharePoint.
  • Provide secure access management of DCC SharePoint, liaising with site owners and Service Provider PMOs where necessary for access approval. Provide regular and ad-hoc permission matrix reports using the Sharegate tool.
  • Support of SharePoint migration activities, including supporting user mapping and new site configuration.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience of working in a Service Desk role or system admin support environment
  • Experience of active directory and/or SharePoint
  • Background in Customer Service or Service Management environments.
  • Strong aptitude for technical concepts.
  • Strong MS Office working knowledge.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of working with Microsoft SharePoint and Active Directory.
  • Good understanding of SharePoint, with an emphasis on security management and site administration activities.
  • Previous experience of delivering support to major projects or rollouts

As an Electronics Assembler you will be responsible for;

  • Undertaking assembly processes, ensuring all ESD product disciplines are adhered to and products are correctly built and tested.
  • Following Engineering drawings to assemble the mechanical racking systems, sub assembly and wiring of all connections.
  • Building, assembling and installation of modules that make up the suites.
  • Rack wiring completed for all the panels connecting to each other as per drawing.
  • Assembling different power supply units and installation of cubicles.
  • Working on control panels, including complete wiring on the panels using crimp tools
  • Component & D-type connector soldering
  • Electrical/Prototype Wiring
  • PCB Building

HOURS OF WORK

The successful Electronics Operator will be required to work shifts of both Days & Nights, on a 2 week rotation.

Days (x2 weeks)

Monday: 6am - 5.45pm

Tuesday - Thursday: 6am - 5.15pm

Nights (x2 weeks)

Monday - Thursday: 6pm - 5.15am

Full training will be provided for this role, candidates who are interested will be invited to an assessment day to go through a Maths and English assessment and a instruction based manufacturing test. We will go through the role in further detail and discuss the company.
