We are looking for a really passionate developer to collaborate/partner with us make a world where people are healthier mentally and physically. Our offer to the developer will be based on a percentage of sales and equity in our startup.

You will be working with experienced tech experts

The type of activities involved in the position include: 

• Developing a new WordPress website

• Developing bespoke WordPress themes using PHP, SCSS and frameworks such as Bootstrap

We are looking for: 

• Good communication skills, proactive and a passion to work both independently and as part of a team.

• An ability to explain complicated concepts to a diverse team consisting of a range of skill sets.

Required experience: 

• A good understanding of WordPress and experience developing bespoke functionality for websites.

• Knowledge of WordPress Custom Post Types and Custom Fields.
• knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 with a keen eye for UX design and knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.

A bonus, but not essential:

• Experience in creating custom WordPress plugins
• Knowledge of SCSS.

• Experience with additional CMS’s - Shopify, Magento, Prestashop etc.

• Knowledge of MySQL.

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks.

We are looking for a Part Time Office Administrator for our London office. Work hours are 9.30am to 12.30pm daily.

• Overall office maintenance: IT inventory, liaise with building management on keys, internet, any office issues
• Managing supplier agreements and working with suppliers, ordering company stationery
• Office admin (e.g. picking up calls, receiving mails) and ensure the office is managed well and runs smoothly
• Manage office expenses and invoices
• Handle sales/purchase agreements to arrange for signatory
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Management team
• Work closely with finance for expenditures budget management
• Support communication and people engagement activities e.g. Quarterly Business Updates dial in of the office, monthly social gathering sessions, fruits day
• Organise office social events and general well-being initiatives for the London office

Requirements

• Prior experience with admin/secretarial work is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Independent and multi-task orientated
• A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Results driven and process oriented
• Flexible, self-motivated, disciplined, take ownership of job at hand
• Tech savvy with at least intermediate to advanced competence in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Microsoft Office, Gmail and GDocs
• A great attitude and sense of humour
