My client based in Dublin requires a strong information security analyst to join their security team on a contract basis. You will be involved in developing and maintaining the enterprise cybersecurity strategy.

Role

  • Provide support at a senior level for different aspects of the info sec infrastructure
  • Consult with operational personnel regarding new and existing technologies
  • Review and analyse complex data and information to provide insights and recommendations

  • Management of playbook content lifecycles

Requirements

Helpdesk Administrator - Milton Keynes - Temp to Perm

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Hourly Pay Rate: £23,000 per annum

A leading provider of Engineering Maintenance Provider has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Helpdesk Administrator to join their expanding FM team. The role is a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm paying an annual salary of £23,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

·To effectively manage the helpdesk, service and administrative staff and function

·Produce operational reports internally and externally

·To manage and assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for invoicing

·To ensure timesheets and all other necessary records are produced, checked and submitted in a timely and effective manner

·To ensure all planned works are completed and to report on exceptions

·Monitor and maintain sub-contractors' work

·Coordinate resources on a daily/ weekly basis to ensure all PPM and reactive work flows are covered off by engineering resources or specialist sub-contractors

·Oversee client CAFM systems and ensure close out of jobs

·Manage follow up works

·Set up of new clients on systems

·Set up Assets & PPM schedules

·Manage collation and issue of log books

·Raise maintenance purchase orders

·Manage Engineering cloud based training

·Manage IT Equipment issued to employees

·Manage Uniform & PPE issued to engineers

·Regular cleanse of CAFM systems Joblogic & E-Logbooks

·Manage duties of office cleaners

·Manage stock levels of office stationery and bottled water supplies

·To monitor and record the response of Technicians to Help Desk requests and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

·In-depth helpdesk and administration management experience within the Facilities Management industry

·Experience of Concept, Care manager, Planet is desirable

·Experience of SLA’s and KPI Monitoring

·Proven track record of managing mobile and resident teams

·Proven ability to work to deadlines and schedules to meet both operational and financial targets

·Able to communicate at all levels

·Excellent telephone manner

·Able to lead a team and work as part of a team

·Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
