Senior C# .Net Developer - Dublin

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years commercial development experience with C# .Net
  • Strong back end experience and good understanding of relational databases particularly SQL Server

  • At least basic experience on the UI with JavaScript
  • Strong problem solving skills

CloudScope are looking for a Software Support Engineer (2 nd Line, remote support, SQL) for a well-established software company in Norwich City Centre. You will be a major part of a small close-knit team. You'll work with some autonomy but have the support of a senior developer on-hand. This is a mature working environment; you will not be micro-manged, but you will be expected to work using your initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems.

The company has a full project pipeline and is on the crest of further expansion. You will have the opportunity to aid that growth and build products that will be pivotal to the company's continued dominance in their sector. This is an initial 3 month contract working on-site in London for a fantastic organisation that specialise in a range of Consultancy services.

This particular project is with their Healthcare client therefore a background in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences is essential. They are looking for someone to come on board to support the company with their data science and engineering tasks. This is also a particularly research based opportunity. You will join an agile team and be required to communicate data insights and engage with wider stakeholders as this is a particularly client facing opportunity.

Required Experience

  • Professional Python experience
  • Experience with a variety of Machine Learning techniques
  • Experience working with Deep Learning is essential (Tensorflow / Keras)
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark
  • Cloud Technologies such as AWS
  • Experience and interest in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this is Client Facing
  • Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative
