We have long term placement opportunities available for an administrator available at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust specifically providing the following:

  • Proactively manage support requests from trust colleagues within operational guidelines, providing support and guidance to Support Desk Technicians.

  • Providing specialist expertise, guidance and top level support, and ad hoc training if appropriate, to all mobile equipment users within Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. This would include other IM&T support staff: managers, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support or their equivalents.

  • Responsible for planning and organising daily workloads including prioritising service calls adjusting work plans to support high priority calls to meet operational requirements which may require remote control software, e-mailing advice and onsite visits to locations within the trust

  • Responsible for the management of all Service Calls assigned to them through the Service Management system. Ensuring that the status and history of Service Calls are monitored, updated and closed on completion and that Service Level Agreements are adhered to.

  • Report breaches of all IM&T policies and procedures. Propose changes to and document new procedures and self-help user guides to improve the quality of service. Using each providers billing platforms as a source of information on use and allocation

This role is to assist with setup and delivery of iOS devices and clinical apps as well as small amount of knowledge transfer to end user as well as sim swaps. This requires knowledge of iOS and DEP as well as Mobile Device Management systems, this knowledge is preferred.

The role also requires troubleshooting issues with iOS devices, resolution and reallocation duties, sim swaps and registration with our admin team of a device to transfer to new provider
