Internal Sales Support Executive – Software
Location: Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol

We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join my client’s Software business to support an external sales team. You will be responsible for:
Sales Activity:
- Lead generation
- Tender coordination and maintenance of Tender Repository
- Maintenance of Sales meeting collateral
Account Management Activity:
- Maintenance of Contacts and Groups on the CRM
- Co-ordination of User Groups (National and Regional)
- Booking of Account Visits
- Follow-up actions from client meetings
Marketing Support:
- Conference/events coordination and collateral
- Co-ordination and liaison on Marketing including brochure, case studies, social media content, customer videos - including mailings
- markets research, including product configuration input
Sales Admin:
- Contract coordination
- Weekly/Monthly MP/SOPS reports for Sales Director and SAMEs
The successful candidate will have a background working in a sales support role ideally within the IT/Software industry.
