You will work on our industry leading platform playing a crucial role in designing and developing its new front end features, the environment you work in will be fast paced and require you to use initiative and use your skills and past experiences. We are looking for a developer with a with a fair amount of experience in the software industry and well-honed React.JS / JavaScript / HTML5 & CSS3 experience. We operate an Agile environment and will ensure you have the continuous support of the Seniors whilst reporting directly to the Head of Development. This is an excellent opportunity to be vocal within a technical team and put forward new ideas and grow as part of a fantastic company. You will have the freedom to take ownership of projects, implementing your own ideas and seeing them from initial concept through to completion. A large part of the role will be to mentor and coach the more Junior members of the team and therefore being confident with this and having past experience will be essential. As a Support Analyst you will report into the Business Consultant and assisting with administration of their Intralink portal helping customers access sensitive documents.  You will be liaising with customers such as Investors, Fund Administrators and Venture Capitalist etc.

Responsibilities: -

  • Support, monitor and gain permission for changes were necessary
  • Report generation for downstream users and systems
  • Creation and testing of funds
  • User administration of Intralinks
  • Support of the Intralink application
  • Maintain CRM
  • Document management/distribution

Technical Skills: -

  • Strong Microsoft Office including VBA skills
  • Intralinks experience would be advantageous
  • 3+ years’ experience within a technical support role (first/second line)
  • 3+ years’ experience of either legal/funds/investment service advantages
