A large investment management company based in the City of London is looking for a Presentations Specialist to join its marketing department.

This is a key role that will focus on the following;

  • Producing Marketing Content for client presentations, meetings, sales aids, product launches, and educational literature
  • Sourcing of financial data from both in-house sources as well as financial websites
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of financial products and data
  • Working with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and presentation requirements
  • Ad-hoc marketing projects

This role is paying a starting salary of up to £40,000 plus an outstanding benefits package including 25 days holiday, non-contributory pension, gym membership, annual bonus.

To be considered suitable for this role you will need to have previous experience in a Marketing Executive, Content Producer, Marketing Communications or Presentation Specialist type role. You will also need to have the following;

  • Knowledge or experience of investment management data / markets
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent skills with PowerPoint and Word
  • Ideally some exposure to Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop

This role is through company growth and offering a starting salary of £34,000 - £40,000 based on experience plus 25 days holiday, discretionary 15% bonus and 10% non-contributory pension plan among other benefits. This role covers 37.5 hours a week. 

Supporting the UK and European offices you will be responsible for a mix of 1st to 3rd line support covering;

- IT Helpdesk administration

- Infrastructure projects - server migrations/upgrades, VMWare upgrades, Windows 10 rollouts, office moves etc.

- Desktop support across financial and accounting systems, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare

- Hardware support - PC's, laptops and printers

- Network cabling and patching. LAN/WAN

- Occasional travel to other sites to provide support and carry out projects

To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience as either a Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Engineer or Service Desk Analyst and have strong 2nd line support skills within a Microsoft environment
