A leading financial exchange based in the City of London is looking to hire a talented and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager / Production Services Manager (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, SLAs, KPIs) to ensure that all service operations are efficient, effective and running smoothly. The successful candidate will provide the team with a cutting-edge platform to help them excel and deliver the highest possible level of customer experience.
Daily responsibilities of the IT Service Delivery Manager / Production Services Manager (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, SLAs, KPIs) will include: taking ownership of escalated issues and managing through to successful conclusion. Managing key stakeholders and business holders and the end users' expectations. Ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and report on the findings. Attendance at global CAB and carrying out audits.
To be considered for the IT Service Delivery Manager / Production Services Manager role you will require the following skill-set:
- Ownership of escalated technical issues
- Implement and report on SLAs and KPIs
- Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Stakeholder management
- Experience reducing operational risk
- Excellent communication
