A leading financial exchange based in the City of London is looking to hire a talented and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager / Production Services Manager (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, SLAs, KPIs) to ensure that all service operations are efficient, effective and running smoothly. Daily responsibilities of the IT Service Delivery Manager / Production Services Manager (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, SLAs, KPIs) will include: taking ownership of escalated issues and managing through to successful conclusion. Managing key stakeholders and business holders and the end users’ expectations. Ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and report on the findings. Attendance at global CAB and carrying out audits.

Required Exp:
- 5+ years previous experience as a Solution/Sales Engineer role in the financial services space
- Facilitate outcome-focused dialogue to understand and define a customer’s business requirements by conducting discovery calls
- Partner with customers to develop a vision for their future on the Navatar platform for both short and long-term goals
- Make that vision come to life by configuring and presenting the art of the possible on our platform through a demonstration
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
- Passion for technology and desire to learn Additional Background
***Financial Services industry required (M&A or Private Equity Experience a plus)

The pricing library will at first provide risk, P&L and what-if scenario analysis; later this will be expanded to back testing, screening etc.

It represents an excellent opportunity for a developer to learn more about derivatives and distributed computing whilst working in a dynamic and intellectually challenging environment.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:

Essential:

  • Experience of working with Quant Analysts.

Preferable:

  • Experience of working with traders.
