This is a brand new opportunity and they are looking to hire someone who will help move this function forward.

Daily responsibilities of the Technical Account Manager (IT Service Delivery, Relationship Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Excellent Communication, Client Facing) will include: managing and facilitating client engagement meetings to discuss IT service enhancements and potential challenges being faced. Ability to build and develop strong relationships and ensure the highest level of customer service. Strong technical background to help enhance the client experience in relation to the delivery of technology services.

To be considered for the Technical Account Manager role you will require the following skill-set:

  • Strong technical background - Windows Engineering
  • Client Facing and Customer Focussed
  • Excellent Communication
  • Previous Account Management Experience
  • Relationship Management

Your quest as guardian of the trading systems will involve monitoring, tweaking and preventing incidents from happening and if unsuccessful, resolve them. You’ll also be the custodian of future releases, ensuring releases have a positive impact to trading by implementing tools to further automate our processes.


What we are looking for:

  • Pragmatic with a drive for quality 
  • Team Player 
  • AWS Experience 
  • Unix 
  • Interest in performance tuning and optimization
  • Good with Python
  • Previous experience in a CI/CD environment (Octopus / TeamCity / Jenkins)

The role of this team is to provide real-time insights to a number of internal clients, meaning there’ll be plenty of opportunity to interact and learn from different parts of the business. It also means that excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Finance experience, especially in Options is bonus, however, if you have a strong real-time development background, full training will be given on the finance business.
