Your main responsibility is to oversee and take control of the day to day management and integration of our ERP System, understanding how it is currently used identifying and implementing improvements. From this, you will increase the team’s capabilities through training and monitor its effectiveness by providing reports on how the system is used and on how we can continually improve.
Creating, managing and enabling Management Information (MI) Reporting for all aspects of the business by drawing information from multiple sources, you will produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in relation to operational systems and also create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardisation and training support.
Working closely with our 3rd Party systems provider and other specialist software providers, you will be responsible for prioritising and expediting all ERP ‘tickets’ through to completion and will Identify new improved ERP processes; creating system specifications for our 3rd party provider and developing the long term operations road map together.
Managing the ERP annual budget, you will strive for the best value from systems and providers and manage system upgrades to minimise impact on operation and site. You will also be required to provide information in a Monthly Board Report on key developments with the ERP system and upcoming projects and tasks.
Working collaboratively in a proactive manner, the successful candidate must have the ability to understand requirements from non IT experienced users and have a full understanding of ERP systems.
