This organisation is looking to appoint an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver a large scale asset deployment.

Your new role
In your new role you will provide effective leadership and management controls on top of identifying and managing project resources appropriate to stage of project. You will track delivery within budget of project and identify and manage stakeholder relationships. You will ensure benefits realisation plan is in place to monitor long term delivery of benefits. Another part of your role will be to identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigating actions. You will support effective governance and decision making, including reporting and appropriate assurance activities.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will first and foremost be an Infrastructure Project Manager with significant experience within asset deployments and change management experience. You will have a suitable project management qualification. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to engage with senior stakeholders.

You will mentor more junior team members and be an ambassador for best practice within the BA team.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • You will have considerable experience of working as a Business Analyst in a large complex environment
  • Experience of the full end to end project lifecycle will be required and experience of modelling techniques such as UML, BPMN or similar
  • Strong experience of requirements gathering, and process analysis will be required
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload and help promote best practice
  • You will have experience of coaching and developing Business Analysts and acting as an advocate for the team.
  • Any experience of ERP or large complex system implementation projects would be advantageous but not essential
