As the IT Hardware Installations Manager, you will manage a team of 5 IT retail engineers, providing full hardware and software installation, break/fix and repair of EPOS and Back Office IT equipment. You will manage the performance of the team, conducting 1-2-1s , training and managing shift patterns.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience installing and supporting EPOS solutions, to include tills and back office + knowledge of structured data cabling / Local Area Networks / TCPIP. You will have experience managing suppliers and communicating effectively with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED.
