Our maintenance group delivers housing and related services, including owning and managing nearly 11,000 buildings and streets. Our vision is to have a positive impact on people and communities by providing high quality infrastructure services, supporting independence and creating opportunities. In a sector with notoriously complex requirements, varying situations and sensitive information, the organisation requires a Senior Programme Manager to define and scope their main sustainability Programme that will revolutionise their fleet of maintenance services vehicles.
