Your new company and role
Our public sector client is looking to bring in a Solution Architect to review their current and future architecture states for the HR IS Systems and confirm that the designs provided by the vendor (MHR) are appropriate and meet the business needs. You will prepare artefacts in line with TOGAF best practice

What you'll need to succeed
The company/individual must be able to demonstrate significant knowledge of the following skills:

• People management and ability to show empathy with a range of stakeholders
• Knowledge of current best practice in SaaS and Cloud
• Business processes analysis and re-modelling, preferably in HR systems
• Excellent communications : ability to breaks down technical and business requirements into plain English
• System analysis: define what technology should be implemented to achieve the desired design and how technology can be used to solve a given business problem
• System integration : how the application modules will interact with each other
• Risk analysis : assessment of the risk of third-party frameworks/platforms
• Knowledge and certification of the TOGAF framework
