My client, a mid-sized Pharmaceutical firm in Hatfield is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for their EMEA Project Management hub in their Hatfield HQ. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for a number of different aspects of project work within business change and processes improvements. The main focus for the next 18-24 months will be driving an inplementation of a new CRM across 2-3 departments (Sales, marketing and Medical Affairs) Therefore knowledge of implementing a CRM from a high level is very important.

Please note that candidates form a pure IT background will not be considered ad this is a business focussed role!

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Working knowledge of project management processes
  • Experience in all tools to run projects successfully, for eg: RAID: RACI: URS: Project Plan
  • Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working in a GXP: GMP: GDP or another regulatory environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of technical systems essential
  • Experience of projects within Electronic Approval, CRM solutions, Reporting systems and Controlled Documents areas highly desirable
  • Experience of writing and reviewing Controlled Documents, such as Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Working practices, workflows, guidelines essential
