We are currently working alongside a leading Facilities management organisation to recruit a System Application Manager to their London site.

The System Application Manager will be supporting the Business Systems Manager, with responsibility for ensuring the secure and effective running of the Waste operating system and related applications. In addition, the chosen candidate will lead system development and testing solution delivering Commercial, Operational and Financial benefits through optimised system processes. This will be key to stakeholders delivering cost and resource savings while enabling growth.

Key responsibilities;

  • Manage access, ensuring applications, reports and data are accessible by the appropriate users only.
  • Manage and support Business system application solutions & processes
  • Support Waste Team management with ad-hoc analysis and report requirements
  • Work with our Internal IT teams and external Software providers to ensure project and business deliverables are met as per specifications with in timescales.
  • Support Mobilisation, Price increase and any other process that requires mass data uploads that are not accessible in the front office.
  • Documenting and Testing all Waste Business system processes
  • Responsible for co-ordination / execution of test scripts, recording outcome, escalation of defects and identified opportunities for product improvement.
  • Involvement with the creation and maintenance of suitable test environments. This includes software, configuration, dependencies and test data.
  • Assist the Software provider support team in investigating and resolving problems.


Ideal Candidate;

  • ERP experience - 2 years min experience working with SAP B1 or similar ERP system
  • A good understanding of business process, cross functionalities and system dependencies (mainly quote to cash)
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • SAPB1 or similar
