I am working with a company based in Edinburgh who is seeking a low level embedded engineer who can code ideally in embedded C and Python BUT will consider engineers who can do one.

Key Skills:

*Strong embedded C or Python
*Working with low level 8/16/32-bit MCU architectures.
*Experience with real time embedded software on bare metal or RTOS
*Experience of taking products from concept to manufacture
*Ability to take ownership of complex software modules and develop / architect the roadmap
*Experience of debugging and testing real-time embedded software designs.
*Knowledge of revision control systems, including SVN, Git, etc.
*Good knowledge of industry-standard communication interfaces (RS232, RS485, SPI, USB, Ethernet, etc) and associated applications.
