Customer Technical Support Analyst / Applications & IT Support. Due to an internal promotion, this award-winning software vendor, which grew by 20% last year, seeks a client-focused technical support analyst to work at their dedicated support centre.

The work will utilise your IT and Windows knowledge, providing remote applications support and troubleshooting of the company's products, used by a wide range of major public and private sector organisations across the UK, across a wide breadth of technologies.

Customer IT Support Analyst - The role:

  • Broad-based 1st & 2nd line support & incident management to a UK client base. The department is very collaborative and has a 3rd line team for escalations.

o SQL, with any data knowledge (MySQL)

o Voice - e.g. DPNSS, QSIG, SIP.

o LAN/WAN/Cloud
