Job Title: ICT Specialist (FTC)
Salary range: £26,841 - £31,404
Hours: 36.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary (FTC 6 months)
Who we need
We have an exciting 6-month fixed term contract opportunity for an ICT Specialist in our ICT, Corporate Services Directorate, with an eye for attention to detail who is focused on supporting our internal customers' helping provide a 1st class user experience as part of WMCA's friendly ICT team. You will have several years' experience within the end user computing and Service Desk areas. You will help deliver an excellent ICT service working with all areas of ICT, including service desk, service transition, infrastructure and development environments, while ensuring the adopted best practices are adhered to.
About the team
The WMCA ICT Department are a dynamic team that encompasses four key ICT specialisms across the ICT Development, Services Transition, Service Desk and Infrastructure. The department is involved in many exciting projects as well as being responsible for the day to day service delivery of key business systems. ICT is embedded across the organisation with the department actin as a key enabler to the business.
