Make an impact as an Automation Test Analyst

As an Automation Test Analyst, you will be responsible for using your test automation capabilities to drive the testing function forward. As such, your responsibilities are:

  • You will collaborate with KANBAN team members, Test Automation Analysts at peer level and Test managers.

  • You will be responsible for the automation of the end to end testing within the SAP and Enterprise Level Services.

  • Produce test estimates for the automation development

  • Write and execute automation test scripts

  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

  • Expert in industry leading test automation tools: Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Micro focus ALM Octane, LeanFT, Eclipse, Maven, Cucumber, Ready API / Soap UI and API Testing Tools.

  • Skilled in Jenkins and GitHub, and ability to integrate these with Micro focus and Smart Bear Tools.

  • Knowledge of different automation frameworks, with an ability to create an automation framework from scratch

  • Expertise in test tools (Test Rail \ ALM \ JIRA) for script writing, execution and defect management

  • Data Management and how to apply to drive efficient automated tests.

  • Experience working with SOAP and REST Services.

  • An understanding of SAP retail ERP and CRM environment

  • Experience in working on projects involving the implementation of software development life cycle

  • Accurate and timely reporting of automation test executions through dashboards

  • Ability to identify enhancements to the automation test coverage and focus on continuous improvements

  • Ability to understand complex requirements and convert into a cohesive test plan.

  • Excellent stakeholder management to ensure that test requirements/deliverables are fully understood and implemented through automation.

  • Review and apply as appropriate best in class analyst techniques to help deliver solutions.
