My London-based client, who specialises in CRM and marketing automation, is seeking to appoint a Project Manager/ Business Analyst to be at the center of stakeholder and customer management. The Project Manager will facilitate and coordinate strategy meetings based on client requirements.

• At least 3 years' experience managing large scale projects (preferably Salesforce)
• Ability to create SOW documents ensuring accuracy for developers and consultants to sign off
• Experience with Salesforce CRM

IT Support Engineer - 3 month contract - Colchester, Essex

£170 p/d

A highly successful organisation are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join them on an initial 3 month contract.

Please note - this will be inside IR35 and whilst it is for 3 months initially there is a strong chance it will be extended.

To be suitable, you must have previous experience supporting Windows operating systems and Office 365.  Proven experience in a 2nd Line support role is essential and exposure to cloud based technology would be beneficial.

• Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise wide views dashboards and reports
• Build dynamic and rich dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
• Gather requirements from business partners to understand their goals and objectives

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

To qualify for this Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role, you will require:

• Experience in relative positions of analytics
• Experience using SQL to discover, aggregate and extract data (large data sets preferable)
