The role
You will be coming in as our first Account Manager sitting within our Customer Success team. With this you will hold the opportunity to make the role somewhat your own, being given the responsibility of managing our growing client portfolio to upsell and manage renewals.
How your day may look:
- Building rapport into long-standing relationships by understanding their complex compliance needs
- Championing the diverse needs of our client base internally and contributing to the development of new product features
- You will be collaborating with internal experts to ensure clients understand exactly how our product can aid in their growth, therefore upselling our current contract
- Work alongside the Head of Customer Success to look and consistently improve our processes
This role could be for you if:
- You have a proven track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder renewal and up-sell processes within b2b SaaS companies
- You are happy and excited to be our first Account Manager, having a direct impact on our bottom line and help us build out processes in order to grow out the team
- You relish in independent working and getting stuck into your workload, but you also love to collaborate with other business functions
- You love to continually learn - think industry knowledge, market trends etc
- You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills
- You thrive when advocating for a product that you believe in
- You can convert complex requirements and technical ideas into simple terms
Nice to have:
- FinTech experience
