IT Support Administrator

Position: Permanent
Location: Lichfield
Salary: Up to £18,000

We are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join a growing health care service based in Lichfield. This role will be working under the management of Infrastructure Manager and help provide quality administrative support for the IT support team. You will need to be a great communicator and extremely analytic to ensure that requests are being responded to in a timely manner.
Administrator

Administrator Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the support systems to identify work requests
- Placing orders with suppliers for any require IT hardware across the company
- Assigning the requests to correct team members
- Managing procurement request within the order management systems
- Administering the supplier finance management process, including receiving IT invoices, matching invoices to orders, obtaining relevant sign off for orders and invoices and working with the Finance team to ensure efficient governance and payment of IT spend
- Collecting documents for filling and archiving the appropriate files

Required Skills and Experience:

- Ideally with a background of dealing of buying and invoice handling
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good exposure to Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Joining our fast-paced Business Systems team as our Group IT Technician, you will work provide first line of contact support for all IT related issues raised by end users and provide resolution or escalation where possible.

Key duties and requirements

  • Delivering an effective, pleasant and engaging customer focused and professional Ensuring all IT Helpdesk and support issues are dealt with promptly on a priority basis

  • Setting up new users and install hardware / software where required

  • Performing IT inductions for all new staff to the business

In return for your hard work as our Group IT Technician, you will be offered a salary of £18,000 - £19,500 per annum along with a company performance related bonus and additional benefits.

In order to be considered you will also have the following skills:

  • Good working knowledge of desktop operating systems, primarily Windows 10.
