I'm a security specialist recruiter looking to make contact with a growing Incident response / forensics consultant with a great technical degree, and an amazing detailed understanding of the way a computer works! You'll be able to turn your degree into practise and grow into a skilled expert. You'll ideally have already tried your hand in test / learning environments and be able to use accessible language to explain your process and the technical outcome. Hopefully your degree will have equipped you really well to write great reports and communicate clearly


The role will involve some travel later on, as well as some investigation, as well as the obvious consulting/meeting with clients as well as gathering and analysing data, event logs and interviewing client's staff members, and the use of industry standard tool-kits, like Encase, xRay etc. This is a very technical role, with the main emphasis on identifying attack anatomy, and understanding data loss and it's root cause.


The usual tools for the trade will be well regarded as ever..FTK, Encase, Clearwell, .Xry, .Xact etc, as well as a good few years experience in the coal-face delivery of forensics analysis.
