Your role in the team - As one of our Programme Test Managers, you'll be providing the lead on all matters testing and quality assurance across a major platform which will see you working out our approach to cover Unit Testing, System Testing, Non-Functional Testing, Regression as well as Operational Acceptance Tests (and a lot more). You’ll provide leadership to the Test Analysts within your group as well as be managing 3rd party supplier teams who help us to deliver this platform. Your job is to ensure that the test methods, processes and plans are robust and push our systems to the limit!

Skills needed – You'll have been working for a little while in testing with a strong experience in Automated Testing and have excellent experience of migrating any platform across to Google Cloud (GCP) as well as have a track record of leading and managing Test & QA teams across multiple workstreams and probably have a formal certification like ISTQB or similar. You’ll know how to build robust test plans and strategies on large, complex enterprise systems and work within TDD. Importantly, you’ll be great at strategically implementing automation frameworks. You’ll probably have worked with collaboration tools such as Visual Studio, Jira and Confluence and worked with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. This will be a technically involved role at times; we’re looking for strong skills around Qlikview and SQL.
