Does the prospect of working for a genuine UK market leader appeal to you? Testing software which is used to solve real-world problems every single day? How about working in one of the finest offices and locations Suffolk has to offer? If you are a Test Analyst with some experience under your belt and this sounds like a bit of you, please read on!

Having been built on a reputation that has seen them become a UK market leader in their field (over 90% penetration!), following significant investment as part of the ongoing need to deliver these solutions in new markets including the US they are growing their test team. The company provide a bespoke data analytics solutions suite for both private and public sectors. By the very nature of their industry, you will be involved with using the latest and greatest tech stack.

Applicants should be perfectly comfortable in creating test plans, cases, scripts and environments, all gained from a demonstrable manual testing background using tools like Microsoft Test Manager, Jenkins, JMeter, JIRA, TFS, although this list is not exhaustive. This opportunity will also lend itself to the right individual (great emphasis is placed on attitude at this company) to get involved with Automation testing actives as the team and company evolves and so any previous experience of creating automated scripts and especially any development exposure (commercially or in your spare time) will put your application to the top of the list. This is in no way a pre-requisite for the position however. It doesn't matter whether you've come from an Agile or Waterfall environment, or have any formal testing qualifications such as ISEB/ISTQB, (although any of these would be highly favourable), as long as you can demonstrate the right attitude and manual testing experience, this could be the opportunity for you. Hurren and Hope have a long-standing relationship with the Test Manager and can genuinely vouch that whoever goes into this team will be well looked after and learning from not only an extremely capable pair of hands, also an incredibly personable manager.

This is a genuine opportunity for a Manual Test Analyst to join a company where team members of all levels are contributing to the forward momentum of the business and making a real sustainable impact in the industry they operate in. In return, you can expect to enjoy a flexible working environment, an excellent benefits package consisting of 25 days holiday and a starting salary up to 35k. Please get in touch if you are interested in finding out more, thank you for your interest. Hurren and Hope, "it's about people, not sales"
