Job Overview:

You will be assisting the I.T. Manager in providing all aspects of end user 1st and 2nd line support. Excellent communication, working as a team and providing a friendly professional service are essential skills. Attention to detail with a desire and motivation to help, while keeping a calm and logical approach to problems are also necessary qualities.

Maintaining some of our networks involves outdoor work and working at height when required.

Knowledge of Windows client and VMWare servers, general networking principles and technology (DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP) are desired skills. ERP knowledge is a must, ideally Rubicon.

Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday however extra hours and flexibility will be required to meet the business needs.

The position is responsible for supporting existing business and new product development projects by identifying, defining, maintaining and cleansing business critical data that drives the planning, manufacturing, sales and purchasing processes.

This role is responsible for documenting processes and developing data performance in various functional areas within operations and will support ongoing process improvement projects within the company.

MANDATORY SKILLS
* Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure team success.
* 3 years of demonstrated knowledge of SAP systems, primarily in Master Data maintenance.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills specially excel data modeling.
* Specific knowledge around SAP LSMW including Object Types such as Batch/Direct Input, Batch Input Recording and BAPI.
* Perform mass updates as required for data extract/upload.
