About the role:

  • Working to improve the reliability, monitoring and quality of the hosting and support services provided by Ixis
  • Providing a comprehensive technical resource to projects and tasks, working with a range of technologies and clients
  • Maintaining a variety of hosting systems
  • Providing 2nd line infrastructure support
  • Designing and implementing hosting systems
  • Technical advisory to the sales team

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (Preferred)
  • 1+ year's experience of using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud services to provide scalable, robust hosting
  • Commercial Linux administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience of administering a wide range of Open Source technical software
  • Experience of the general administration of Linux servers and networking
  • Experience of infrastructure and application monitoring solutions
  • Awareness of Linux containers and best practices
  • Experience of migrating, configuring, and troubleshooting common web CMS platforms
  • Scripting, configuration, and troubleshooting skills

Document Management Officer

Purpose of the Role

The Document Management Officer will be responsible for the day to day administration of a high level of the Document Management systems that runs AirTanker’sDMS system.

The Individual

  • Excellent working knowledge of IS/IT systems, services and infrastructure
  • Excellent knowledge of document management tools and all interface functionality
  • Excellent knowledge of Document Management
  • Strong practical experience of working at Site Collection Administration level within a document management infrastructure
  • Background in designing/developing document management solutions using out of the box functionality

Job Responsibilities

  • Setting and administering permissions with the DMS and Document Management Environments

  • Creation and configuration of Sites

  • Liaising between BIS and AirTanker on technical issues within the DMS

  • Working hand in hand with the Document Management Champions on structure and security

  • Fixing user issues within Document Management using front end and out of the box functionality

  • Reviewing structure and configuration

  • Manage all user request for DMS change via approved governance process

  • To provide technical and summary reporting to the Director of Technology

  • To stay abreast of service specific software updates in terms of functionality and relevance to the Company by developing relations with technology vendors.

The candidate will provide support services to both customers internal organisation across a range of technologies.
