Where do you fit in? 

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and launching consumer and Enterprise plans that drive marketing-led revenue and leads. You will be responsible for key new business growth KPIs – and for specific monthly revenue targets. You live and breathe demand gen and ABM marketing, and love data and reporting. You know how to automate and scale to meet and exceed goals. You run the marketing funnel, working closely with the Head of Marketing, the rest of the Marketing team, and the Sales and Growth teams. Trint has incredibly high aspirations for growth and this role will be in the spotlight; the right candidate has an opportunity to be recognized for having a huge impact on the growth of the business.

You’ll be responsible for... 

  • Build a yearly acquisition strategy, with focus on quarterly plans, with the Head of Marketing
  • Own the execution of the demand funnel acquisition/optimization strategy to drive new business revenue within target markets and ensure a constant supply of leads, both consumer (B2C) and Enterprise (B2B)
  • Experiment with, implement, and scale new and existing strategies to accelerate growth, including display, search, social, referral programs, etc. across multiple platforms
  • Enhance the quantity and quality of marketing channels used
  • Relentlessly optimize all ad channels
  • Build out the necessary tracking to measure and report on success metrics to a variety of stakeholders
  • Educate other teams on best practices for lead generation and campaign optimization
  • Collaborate to optimize frameworks and processes
  • Work with data owners in multiple teams to segment opportunities and brainstorm new ideas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the Marketing team and wider organisation to achieve objectives
  • Work closely with leadership to align demand generation efforts with positioning, messaging, and revenue needs
  • Make data-driven budget recommendations on current and future campaigns and programs, and partner with the Marketing head on budget ownership
  • Identify needed vendors and manage relationships

Key Skills...

This role requires both creative and analytical thinking, as well as a willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty.

  • 5+ years’ experience developing and executing against SaaS demand gen plans for both Enterprise and consumer markets
  • Track record of success in growing and scaling new business acquisition through demand programs
  • Solid understanding of Marketing, SaaS, and revenue metrics to measure and report on success
  • Willingness to experiment and iterate to learn what works and what doesn’t—and make calls on where to invest in further growth
  • Knowledge and experience of a range of digital and offline marketing channels, including SEO, marketing automation, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, social media, field marketing and paid engagement. While you’re not expected to be an expert in everything, an understanding of the landscape is crucial
  • Self-starter and proactive – bias towards action

Where do you fit in? 

The Demand Generation/Sales Marketing lead is responsible for creating and launching consumer and Enterprise plans that drive marketing-led revenue and leads. You will be responsible for key new business growth KPIs – and for specific monthly revenue targets. You live and breathe demand gen and ABM marketing, and love data and reporting. You know how to automate and scale to meet and exceed goals. You run the marketing funnel, working closely with the Head of Marketing, the rest of the Marketing team, and the Sales and Growth teams. Trint has incredibly high aspirations for growth and this role will be in the spotlight; the right candidate has an opportunity to be recognized for having a huge impact on the growth of the business.

You’ll be responsible for... 

  • Build a yearly acquisition strategy, with focus on quarterly plans, with the Head of Marketing
  • Own the execution of the demand funnel acquisition/optimization strategy to drive new business revenue within target markets and ensure a constant supply of leads, both consumer (B2C) and Enterprise (B2B)
  • Experiment with, implement, and scale new and existing strategies to accelerate growth, including display, search, social, referral programs, etc. across multiple platforms
  • Enhance the quantity and quality of marketing channels used
  • Relentlessly optimize all ad channels
  • Build out the necessary tracking to measure and report on success metrics to a variety of stakeholders
  • Educate other teams on best practices for lead generation and campaign optimization
  • Collaborate to optimize frameworks and processes
  • Work with data owners in multiple teams to segment opportunities and brainstorm new ideas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the Marketing team and wider organisation to achieve objectives
  • Work closely with leadership to align demand generation efforts with positioning, messaging, and revenue needs
  • Make data-driven budget recommendations on current and future campaigns and programs, and partner with the Marketing head on budget ownership
  • Identify needed vendors and manage relationships

Key Skills...

This role requires both creative and analytical thinking, as well as a willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty.

  • 5+ years’ experience developing and executing against SaaS demand gen plans for both Enterprise and consumer markets
  • Track record of success in growing and scaling new business acquisition through demand programs
  • Solid understanding of Marketing, SaaS, and revenue metrics to measure and report on success
  • Willingness to experiment and iterate to learn what works and what doesn’t—and make calls on where to invest in further growth
  • Knowledge and experience of a range of digital and offline marketing channels, including SEO, marketing automation, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, social media, field marketing and paid engagement. While you’re not expected to be an expert in everything, an understanding of the landscape is crucial
  • Self-starter and proactive – bias towards action
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented
  • Extremely strong project management skills
  • Good understanding of GDPR compliance data requirements
  • Data-driven, analytical, and forward-thinking
  • High literacy in lead gen systems, marketing automation, and tracking tools
