Required:

A) Very good knowledge of HR processes and their integration with other processes, eg to identity management, finance & procurement work flows...

B) capability to understand how HR master data (OM & PA) flows within an HR system landscape with legacy systems and success factors (SF Ec vs EP in TMS vs SAP HCM)

C) experience in process design and process optimisation 

D) knowledge of SAP HCM and /or SFlucess factor EC or TMS are benefits

E) team worker, with good moderation skills...

F) experience to work in multinational teams.

Overview

* We are seeking a technically adept, Pre-Sales Director to work with Sales and lead the existing pre-sales capability to develop and execute our technical solutions we deliver to our customers.
* The successful candidate will lead, mentor and work with other members of the pre-sales team to address the technical needs of potential customers and close new business from sales leads. In this role, you will serve as a counsellor and advisor to customers and a technical coach to our team, providing advice and guidance throughout the sales cycle.

The Role

* Define and implement winning solution strategy for prospects and clients.
* Create profitable and deliverable solutions
* Understand market / industry realities, opportunities and threats while building an awareness of the domain and service lines within the industry
* Supporting sales to qualify business opportunities and assess business requirements, translating business requirements into optimal solutions
* Evaluation of different Request for Proposals (RFP), formulation of responses and drafting competitive bids which include specification of scope, methodology, cost and sizing estimates, terms and conditions etc.
* Mapping customer requirements and coordinating in implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines
* Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, operations, pricing, transition, technology, HR, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
* Creation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle
* Accountable for assuring the quality of deliverables, continuous improvements, knowledge capture, automation and standardization
* Responsible for team development and career progression
* Understand and translate clients' business challenges and concerns into a solution oriented discussion. Presenting to all partners and customer levels, from CTOs/CIOs, to engineering managers and programmers.
* Communicate internally at all levels to pursue initiatives relevant to your area which require input or help from other departments.

They are looking for you to own and build a Professional Services and Delivery practice and help to grow, mature and develop this offering to customers. You will be currently working or recently for a MSP, Cloud focused service partner

The role will involve owning and managing the P&L for the Professional Services Practice, working closely with sales and other practice directors of their business (Modern workplace and cyber / security for example) and growing non-recurring revenue / annuities, driving change and enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment. It is important that you have experience of leading a Professional Services practice and have a commercial / sales background and led growth in teams and developed / matured service offerings identifying new / growth revenue streams.

Location is not important as your team and customers are typically in different locations although you would need to spend 3-4 days a week in London and travelling to see clients. Experience of working in a commercial and strategic focused role is of paramount importance.
